04:00: 3 baby tomatoes, celery, capsicum and cucumber and baked cauliflower and a can of salmon. two green teas.
08:00: 40g nut meat pattie, 50g tofu, 10g protein pancake
15:00: half capsicum, 100g beef, baked cauliflower, sugar free gerkins. a strong black coffee
17:50: 116g moroccan style lamb pattie (cumin, corriander, garam masala, smoked paprika) with lemon, yohgurt and mint
20:25: 40g nut meat pattie. 2 cups of green tea. 1 glass of sugar free cordial.
22:40: a self made stirfry with eggplant, mushroom, capscium, bok choy, tomato, carb free pasta (amazing!!!) and 100g tofu. with chilli flakes. a coke zero. 2 cups of green tea.
drinkme:
2x 1.25L water between midnight and 8am.
2x 1L between waking up (3:30pm) and starting work (7pm)
1.25L between starting work and midnight.
